The foundations for the property are extremely deep due to the angle of the land. The external upper level walls and internal dividing wall are constructed from the latest insulated block bricks. The ground floor walls are double thickness walls constructed from two layers of Natural Alacati Stone offering excellent insulating qualities, keeping the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
